Together with our 151 partners around the world, we’ve helped mobilize $2.4 billion in capital to support small loans that bring access to safe water and sanitation to millions of people in need. That’s how every $1 we put into WaterCredit creates $67 worth of impact. We’ve empowered more than 40 million people in 17 countries with access to safe water, sanitation, and the hope, health and opportunities they bring. And we are expanding our work and reaching more people in need, faster.

Donations:

  • Specified amounts are designated or you may customize your gifts. Recurring gifts are encouraged. You may donate on behalf of a business or organization or in honor of someone.
  • Leverage your company’s matching program: Double your donation by asking your HR team if your company has a matching program. Send your company’s matching gift form along with your donation via mail.
  • Start a fundraiser: Run a race, sell lemonade, or celebrate your birthday; turn your event into one that will change lives. Set up an online fundraiser and invite your friends and family to donate.
  • Donate stock: You can help change lives with safe water by donating stock.
  • Give through your donor-advised fund: You can give to Water.org through your donor-advised fund. Consult with your financial advisor and reference the electronic funds transfer information below.
  • Legacy Giving: You can leave a legacy of safe water through bequests, gifts of life insurance, charitable lead trusts and other investments.

Business and Corporate Support: Add Water.org to your corporate matching program. If your company has a corporate matching program, add Water.org and double the donations. You may consider joining our cause marketing program.

Fundraising: Your school, office, class or team can start a fundraiser. It’s a great way to work together to change lives with water.
