Founded in 1982, the mission of the Nevada State Museum, Las Vegas is to inspire and educate a diverse public about the history and natural history of Nevada. The Museum collects, preserves, exhibits, and disseminates material that contributes to an understanding and appreciation of the state.

Membership

• Membership at specified levels are offered: * Senior * Individual, and * Family.     

Donation

• Monetary Donations: Your donations help fund museum programming such as classroom activities, exhibits, and supplies to preserve artifacts.

Volunteer:

• Are you interested in donating your skills to NSMLV? Volunteers are vital to the museum and are needed for a variety of roles from tour guides to the store and more.

Artifact Donations:

• The Museum does not purchase artifacts which means that our collections are built by you! Once accepted, your items will be available for research for generations to come.
