With three floors and tens of thousands of square feet to choose from, The Leonardo has an event space perfect for your event. The Leonardo hosts events of all kinds for its community including: * weddings * corporate meetings * birthday parties, and * more. We offer a variety of venues: our pristine event center, our 200 seat auditorium, our boardroom or the entire museum! Our event packages include entertainment, catering, and professional planning services. Let us host your next celebration or meeting at The Leonardo! Five distinctive rental spaces are offered:

• The Skyline: The Skyline provides you with beautiful and natural light during the day and transforms into a stylish hub of skyline lights at night. This space has a beautiful layout with stunning downtown views that all your guests will admire. From Corporate Meetings, Weddings to Holiday Parties, The Skyline can be customized and decorated to create your ideal event.
  • Capacity: Seated – 220 guests; Reception Style – 350 guests; Classroom – 180 guests; Theater – 250
  • 4,0000 square feet
• The Skyline Courtyard: Connected to the Skyline with bifold doors, the Skyline Courtyard is a beautiful outdoor space that can be utilized to create a stunning indoor-to-outdoor transition.
  • Capacity: Seated – 50 guests; Reception Style – 75 guests
  • Attached to The Skyline
• Flight: Flight creates a unique event experience! Flight is an exhibit dedicated to the adventure of human flight. With various activities including a C-131 Aircraft to realistic flight simulators your guests’ interests and senses will be engaged.
  • Capacity: Reception Style – 500 guests
  • 10,000 square feet
• Auditorium: Our Auditorium is the perfect venue for your lecture, press conference or speech. With comfy chairs and a great sound system, this is the best place for people to dig deep, think big and listen closely.
  • Capacity: Seated – 198 guests
  • 1, 720 square feet
• Second Floor: The second floor offers a variety of unique and interesting spaces for your guests to explore, including the immersive IDEA Space, the Art Studio, and the Human Rights Gallery. Whether you are planning a dinner party, a networking event, or a reception, this versatile area provides unparalleled flexibility so you can plan a uniquely memorable and engaging event. Add an immersive experience to your event plan that takes your guests well beyond traditional art and into the artist’s own thoughts and feelings.
  • Capacity: Reception Style – 500 guests
  • 14,700 square feet
• Board Room: In our Board Room, you will see that accomplishing more is easier in a creative setting. See the stunning views of Library Square and enjoy the art as you meet with your company, clients and/or business associates in this private space.
  • Capacity: Seated – 10 guests
  • 590 square feet

As an EATERY: Food for thought…

Salt Bistro – Feed Your Brain and Your Stomach! Our flavorful menu is designed to suit the needs of parents and children alike. While they chow down on delicious * mac and cheese, you can help yourself to a * mixed berry salad or (for heartier appetites) a mouth-watering * panini filled with locally-made cured meats, fresh basil, and melty mozzarella cheese. We created Salt Bistro so everyone who walks through our doors can stay as long as they like. You don’t have to stress about packing lunches or leaving too early because the tykes’ rumbling tummies have led them into an unexpected mood swing. Everything you need is inside our four walls. Museum admission is not required for dining.
