- Air Force One Boardroom: Audio-visual amenities include a digital projector capable of projecting computer images, DVD, VHS, as well as a wireless microphone. The moment your event guests step outside the room, they will be in the shadow the Air Force One plane that served 7 U.S. Presidents.

- Air Force One Overlook: This unique location is situated in the Air Force One Pavilion in a spectacular room that can be used for a meeting, dinner or reception.

- Air Force One Pavilion: Our largest indoor venue, the Air Force One Pavilion can accommodate up to 1,600 guests. Combine the space with the Ambassador’s Terrace for a perfect indoor/outdoor event.

- Courtyard: The front entrance to the museum, the courtyard is the perfect event venue for large outdoor groups. Accommodating up to 1,200 people, the courtyard is partially covered allowing for sun and wind protection.

- Presidential Learning Center: This large, indoor venue is great for all types of events. Require a stage? A multimedia experience? The Presidential Learning Center Auditorium comes equipped with many amenities, including a modular stage, three large projection screens, wireless internet access, and a high quality sound system. With enormous picture windows, your guests will share breathtaking views of Ventura County. Adjacent to the Presidential Learning Center are the Roosevelt and Jefferson rooms which serve as expansion space for groups over 300. Ask your event manager about tenting the Peace Plaza for a completely indoor event. The Presidential Learning Center also contains a mezzanine level providing a fantastic indoor reception area or additional seating for larger events.

- Roosevelt and Jefferson Rooms: The Presidential Learning Center’s Meeting Rooms are perfect for your business meeting needs. Each room accommodates 50-60 people. A partition wall can be taken down to combine the two meeting rooms to accommodate larger groups. Each meeting room comes with a 50 inch plasma screen with DVD and computer link capability.
- Ruwe Terrace, featuring The Berlin Wall: Perfect for outdoor events, the Ruwe Terrace and West Lawn offer a serene setting with luscious grass and flowers and stunning sunset views. Combine this area with the Presidential Learning Center and you have the perfect indoor/outdoor event.

- The White House Rose Garden: Built as a 3/4 replica of the White House Rose Garden, this outdoor venue provides a striking setting for your small outdoor event including a magnificent view of rolling mountains to the north.

As an EATERY: Food for thought…
While visiting us at The Reagan Library, we are excited to offer you dining opportunities to have a meal with your group or grab a quick snack and beverage at one of our locations. Reagan Foundation members receive a 10% discount on all purchases (excluding alcohol). You must present your Membership ID card at meal pick-up or when you are dining in the Café or Pub.
- The Gipper’s Bar + Bistro: The newest addition to the dining experience is our renovated Café, located off the Ruwe Terrace next to the Museum Store. Here you will find different stations offering fresh fare including a: * Salad Bar * Soup Station * Pizza Counter * Market Bar, * and * Grille. In addition to all of your favorites, find seasonal specials, healthy choices, staff picks, and kids options throughout. You can even customize your items from the Grille at one of our self order kiosks! If you are looking for something on the go, check out our fresh but premade sandwiches, salads, and snacks in the cooler in addition to beverages for all ages.
- The Ronald Reagan Pub: The Ronald Reagan Pub is an actual pub from Reagan’s ancestral home, Ballyporeen, Ireland that he visited during a diplomatic trip in the early 80s. It was dismantled and shipped to the USA in 2004 to be featured as a part of the Museum’s collection. Located on the first of the Air Force One Pavilion, the Pub it is the perfect place to gaze up at the impressive Air Force One and enjoy a sandwich, salad, drink or snack. To visit the Pub, you must have admission to the Museum.
