A private 501(c)3 organization, Pioneer Museum of Alabama depends on the benevolent support of our esteemed constituency to provide quality cultural programming and exhibitions. You may support the Museum by purchasing an annual membership or by giving the gift of heritage to friends or family. Membership offers free admission all year long! Other benefits include a 10% discount in the gift shop; exclusive member-only previews and exhibit openings. Donations:

Why donate? A donation to the Pioneer Museum of Alabama is an investment in the community. All funds donated will be used strictly in support of the museum, its many programs and operating staff. The Museum educates the future generations of Pike County and the surrounding areas about the hardships of those who fought for a better life before us. The ingenuity of our ancestral pioneers is a valuable lesson that we daily teach through our many different programs. In addition to being an educational pillar in the community, the Museum is also a major tourism attraction for Troy and Pike County, which helps bring revenue to other businesses and attractions in the area. Each year, the museum has visitors from many states across America as well as countries throughout the world. The Museum strives to reflect the community spirit of the area – a symbol to visitors of our commitment and pride in those who came before us.
