Perfect For Your Occasion! We’re pleased to offer spaces for rent to groups and individuals for a wide variety of events. Our room rentals combine the best of a do-it-yourself party and a gorgeous venue. Grab family or friends and put on a unique wedding, shower or party of any kind! We have free high-speed wireless internet in most parts of the building and we’re within easy walking distance to several restaurants and lodging options. AND, we have linens available! We also promote local restaurants and caterers, so if there are some things you DON’T want to do yourself, we can provide a list of food and beverage service providers as well as florists, musicians and more. Looking to add fun to a birthday party? We can provide instruction and materials for an age-appropriate make-and-take art project in our Art Studio. For small groups, the Art Studio provides an all-in-one spot for art project, cake and other activities. For larger groups, add the activity to your Bamboo Room Rental. Three distinctive spaces are available:

  • Pearson Auditorium: The Pearson Auditorium is a beautiful and spacious setting for weddings, receptions, reunions, performances and other small to medium scale events. The Auditorium is equipped with a lighting system and a portable stage is available. The excellent acoustics make it a terrific place for both amateur and professional musicians to perform. A Steinway baby grand piano is available at no extra charge. You and your guests are welcome to browse the East Oregon Gallery and the Pendleton Foundation Trust Fine Craft Gallery during your event.
    • Capacity: Seated Dinner – 80 guests; Theater Style – 110 guests; Cocktail Reception – 200 guests
  • Bamboo Room: The Bamboo Room provides a private, comfortable setting for weddings, receptions, reunions, performances and other small to medium scale events. After making your contribution, you can go to CulturalTrust.org to learn why matching the amount, up to $500 per person, helps PCA. (And you get that whole match back as a tax credit!)
  • Matching Gifts: After you donate to PCA, you can match it with a donation to the Oregon Cultural Trust. The State of Oregon rewards you for supporting Culture by providing a 100% tax credit at the end of the year. The funds given to the Trust come back to Umatilla County in the form of grants to organizations like ours.
  • Support First Draft Writers’ Series: The First Draft Writers’ Series brings authors and poets of note to the Pendleton stage to share new work. On the third Thursday of each month people who love the written word gather at the PCA’s Pearson Auditorium to hear our featured authors as well as three to five minute open mic readings by local emerging writers. Your contribution will help us cover staff time, marketing and reader honorariums for First Draft Writers’ Series. THANK YOU!
