Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum has over 100,000 square feet of space for gatherings of all sizes: * Conferences * Annual meetings * Galas * Parties * Ceremonies, and * More. Onsite catering, as well as connections with the islands best photographers, party planners, and other event professionals will make your event one to remember. There are special packages: * Military Ceremonies, and * High Flyin’ Keiki Party Package.” Five distinctive flexible event spaces include:

  • Luke Field Tarmac & EWA Tarmac: Be thrilled with the possibilities of our unique outdoor spaces. Outdoor venues offer striking evening views of the Hawaiian sunset. Create the event you have always imagined, or allow our event staff to help bring your vision to life in this space of limitless possibilities. Ideal for theme parties, casual and formal dinners, concerts, and ceremonies.
  • Hanger 37: Immerse your guests in the history of the Greatest Generation. The main gallery of historic Hanger 37 features aircraft and world class exhibits in 1940’s decor. With over 7, 350 square feet of function space, this unique space is ideal for cocktail receptions, for up to 600 guests, or dinner gatherings for up to 400 guests. Evening events only.
  • Hanger 79: Enjoy the authentic feel of our largest indoor event space. Hanger 79 is now home of the Museum’s growing exhibit collection. Your guests will be surrounded by the past, present, and future of aviation in over 32,000 square feet of event space, ideal for cocktail receptions for up to 5,000 dinner gatherings for up to 2,200.
  • Pacific Theatre: This 200-seat state-of-the-art theatre features an integrated sound, lighting, and projection system. Internet accessibility, Adjacent to the pre-event reception area. the Pacific Theatre is ideal for lectures, presentations, and meetings.
  • Education Center & Flight Lab: This private 2,300 multi-functional space is ideal for meetings, lectures, workshops, and social events for up to 100 banquet style and up to 250 for cocktail receptions.

While we appreciate the personal value placed on these items, we must give special consideration to such gifts before we can accept them to ensure they meet our specific collection goals and purpose. We are currently seeking active artifact donations for specific exhibitions.
  • Combined Federal Campaign: GIVE TO HONOR THEIR LEGACY: Are you a federal employee or military member who wants to give back? Your pledge through the Combined Federal Campaign will support the critical stewardship of America’s World War II battlefield, and share the legacy of our Greatest Generation with the leaders of tomorrow.
  • Remember Pearl Harbor – Take Stock in Pearl Harbor: With a gift of $100, you’ll “take stock” in a virtual piece of American history: one square foot of this hallowed American battlefield. You’ll receive a “Stock Certificate” suitable for framing and, more importantly, play a key role in restoring and preserving one of our country’s most cherished historic sites.
