This 9,200 square foot blank canvas has transformed events that no hotel ballroom or conference room can duplicate. From * weddings to corporate events * social celebrations to product launches – whatever you dream of, we can make happen. Our team of deluxe chefs and caterers, as well as expert decorators, can make your dream event come true. The best part about choosing to host your unforgettable event with us is that by doing so, you help us to preserve the memory of others. Event proceeds benefit nonprofit organization Keep Memory Alive and go to the research, treatment and clinical studies of neurological disorders at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

• Up to 450 guests seated and up to 700 for a standing reception inside the event center
• Up to 1500 for a reception including the breezeway and reflections garden

• Our adjacent museum space can be utilized for talent/entertainment/bride & groom green room, staging, silent auction display area, sponsor tables, additional reception space, vip lounge and more.

Every level of support is valued by our doctors, patients and caregivers. Specified amounts are designated or you may give an amount of your choice.

With each gift, you will receive a receipt and thank you letter detailing the asset given and the amount of your charitable income tax deduction to keep for tax purposes. • Multi-Year Pledge: A multi-year pledge is a recurring support that, year after year, helps sustain the mission of the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. For example, a traditional $100,000 pledge would be paid in increments of $25,000 a year for a period of four years. However, we can offer the flexibility of paying it off in a variety of ways. We will work with you to create a plan that aligns with your philanthropic and financial goals.

Volunteer: It’s impossible to imagine Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health without volunteers. Their importance can’t be overstated: These integral team members create the first impression that new visitors form as they enter our center. Volunteers greet our guests, but that’s not all. They also escort patients and caregivers to their destinations; staff our lending library; assist with administrative tasks, clinic duties and physical therapy appointments; present outreach programs in the community; and conduct tours of our legendary building. Some have even participated in research studies.
