Whether a wedding, a corporate cocktail party to signal a success or a joyful celebration that brings family and friends together, The Ringling offers a variety of spectacular venues that promise to mark your occasion as unforgettable. The Ringling’s bay-front estate is a popular location for personal, portrait and commercial photography. Photo shoots are scheduled only by reservation and photographers must have a permit to shoot on The Ringling grounds. With 66 acres of breathtaking architecture, beautiful tropical grounds, and stunning views of Sarasota Bay, it’s no wonder that The Ringling is woven into the fabric of the community in countless ways. We’re so pleased to be considered for your upcoming special event. The Ringling is a local, regional, and national favorite for: * wedding ceremonies * reception * cocktail parties, and * corporate events. Our friendly and professional staff looks forward to working with you. Several distinctive rental spaces are offered:

  • Ca’ d’Zan Terrace & Bolger Campiello: On the Terrace of Ca’ d’Zan, and the Bolger Campiello, your guests will find themselves swept up in the atmosphere of Sarasota’s most breathtaking setting. As the sun sets over the Bay, the lights of Sarasota, Longboat Key and a sky full of stars illuminate the night, and it is magical!
    • Capacity: 175 guests
  • Museum of Art Courtyard: Lend your gathering an air of timeless elegance in a setting that defines romance and the romantic. Dine and dance into the night surrounded by replicas of ancient Greek, Roman, and Baroque statuary on magnificently manicured lawns.
    • Capacity: 400 guests
  • Micro-Wedding Spaces: Featured areas of The Ringling are available for micro-weddings. Choose from Mable Ringling’s Rose Garden, the Zodiac Mosaic located on the promenade to Ca’ d’Zan, Under the Banyans, and the Searing Loggia of the Museum of Art.
    • Capacity: 25 guests
  • Chao Lecture Hall: Located on the third floor of the Ting Tsung and Wei Fong Chao Center of Art, the Chao Lecture Hall is a dedicated meeting space able to host up to 100 people. The Chao Lecture Hall features advanced audio/video capabilities and the ability to stream and broadcast virtual events.
    • Capacity: 36 guests

A variety of dining options are available at The Ringling.

  • The Ringling Grillroom: Located in the John M. McKay Visitors Pavilion, The Grillroom offers dine-in and take-away service.
  • Mable’s Coffee and Tea: Mable’s Coffee and Tea, located upstairs in the John M. McKay Visitors Pavilion, Mable’s proudly serves hot and cold beverages and features a number of made fresh daily salads, sandwiches, and parfaits along with baked goods to satisfy your sweet tooth.
  • Ringling Concessions: Our newest dining concept offers a tempting array of big top favorites as well as fresh salads, sandwiches and more. Located near Ca’ d’Zan, Ringling Concessions is open daily from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The Ringling’s volunteers selflessly donate their talents and thousands of hours each year. Their dedication, knowledge and enthusiasm greatly enhance the experience of our visitors. More than 500 strong, with a wide variety of backgrounds, they are one of the largest support groups at The Ringling.
