  • Cold Spring Grange Restaurant: We are available to host a variety of events, including: * weddings / receptions * rehearsal dinners * retirements * birthdays * showers * anniversaries * graduations * club meetings / classes * business meetings * promotions * retirements * funeral wakes * office parties, and * much more! (Offering On-Site Catering Only)
    Built in 1912 to serve as the meeting hall for the Cold Spring Grange #1 and listed in the State and National Register of Historic Places.
  • Cold Springs Brewery: A Special Time...We would love to host your party/special event at Cold Spring Brewery! These events include: * birthday * anniversary and * retirement parties * showers * fundraisers and * private meetings, etc. Event bookings would be available after business hours or on days the brewery is closed, subject to Historic Cold Spring Village approval.
    * Discover a diverse range of weekly events and entertainment at Cold Spring Brewery. From: * Open Mic Nights to * live music performances * fireside chats, and * game nights – there’s always something exciting happening! Stay informed about our ever-changing Schedule by connecting with us on social media and subscribing to our newsletter. Funding for the project was secured through HCSV Foundation’s fundraising events, donations, memberships, retail sales, corporate sponsorship for programs, and gate revenue. Its purpose is to stabilize Historic Cold Spring Village museum for future generations to enjoy.

As a SHOP: Discover unique gifts…

The Country Store offers visitors a unique assortment of hand-crafted artisan wares and heritage goods: * hand-wrought ironware * hand spun wool * craft kits * jams * candy * books  and * more. The Country Store is open during the summer season with special fall and winter hours. All proceeds from the Village Country Store directly support the mission of Historic Cold Spring Village, a non-profit living history museum.

As an EATERY: Food for thought…

Cold Spring Brewery – Located in an 1804 barn, with nine different beers on tap, all proceeds support the mission of Historic Cold Spring Village.

Cold Spring Grange Restaurant – Open for lunch, dinner, and brunch on select days. Menu highlights include the Pierogi Ensalada, 5 Spiced Pork Belly, Lobster Roll, and the Grange Burger. The dinner menu changes often and embraces the season’s bounty. The restaurant is BYOB.

Village Bakery – Smell the aromas and taste the treats of a bygone era at the Village Bakery, cool off with a refreshing beverage, and enjoy casual lunch items.

Ice Cream Parlor – The Ice Cream Parlor serves as a cool respite during a Village visit. Choose from a variety of ice cream flavors, sodas, and other treats.

Membership

As a nonprofit organization, Historic Cold Spring Village relies on tax-deductible donations and memberships to support its mission.  Membership contributions support the Village’s living history programs and help ensure the survival of our twenty-seven restored historic structures while offering members great benefits in return. Please, join us in our efforts to preserve the past and brighten the future. Membership at specified levels is offered: * Individual * Joint * Family, and * Benefactor/Business. (Special Military Membership discounts are available.)

Donation

Please consider making a tax-deductible contribution to Historic Cold Spring Village this year. Your donation today will help ensure the preservation of our twenty-seven restored historic structures, the continuation of a dynamic education program, and many more summers of affordable and educational family fun. All donations – large or small – help the Village to achieve it mission of Historic Preservation, History Education and Heritage Tourism.

  • Donations at specified amounts are designated or you may customize your gifts.You may donate on behalf of a business, organization, or in memory, honor, or tribute to a special person or occasion. You also may identify and then underwrite efforts of your choice. Levels of support include: * Weavers & Spinners * Smiths & Forgers, and * Merchants & Farmers.
  • Matched Gifts: Many employers have corporate giving plans that assist non-profits (like Historic Cold Spring Village) through matching grants or volunteer grants. Even if you are a retired worker, your former employer may still honor your commitment (monetary or volunteer) to HCSV. If your company supports this type of philanthropy, please consider naming Historic Cold Spring Village as a recipient.
  • Sponsorship: Themed weekends enable the museum to reach new audiences and highlight different aspects of South Jersey history. Included with your generosity is an acknowledgment of your business in a variety of promotional materials and social media platforms such as the Village’s newspaper Herald, Shoppe, Exit Zero, Star & Wave, Facebook, Instagram, and Google. As a non-profit organization, we face the unending challenge of securing the preservation of our historic buildings and artifacts while at the same time offering an affordable experience for families and access to low-cost, and many times no-cost, history education programs for students. Sponsorships are offered at three levels.

  • Friends of Historic Cold Spring Village: The Friends of Historic Cold Spring Village is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the preservation of Historic Cold Spring Village.
  • Jerome S. Goldman Legacy Fund: The Jerome S. Goldman Legacy Fund has been established in memory of Historic Cold Spring Village’s widely-respected, revered and loved blacksmith. He was our Village “smithy” for twenty-one years who educated and enlightened many visitors – a true Renaissance man who was passionate about classical music, opera, ballet, literature, and poetry. Jerry was also a teacher, artist, woodworker, welder, sailor, ballet dancer, and judo champion! The Village family honors Jerry’s legacy and in the words of his family, “may his memory be a blessing!” Donations at specified amounts are designated or you may customize your gift.
  • Buy a Brick Program: Pave Your Way Into History With A Personalized Prick:  Etch your way into HCSV history as we line a walkway from the village to the brewery with these pavers. Makes a great gift or a nice memorial. All proceeds go to benefit the Historic Cold Spring Village Legacy Fund.
