Every gift helps a family build a foundation. With your financial support, families can build strength, stability and independence with Habitat for Humanity by building a safe and secure place to call home. Families who partner with Habitat build their own homes alongside volunteers, pay an affordable mortgage and are grateful for your help.

• One-Time and Monthly Giving: Donations within specified amounts are encouraged. You may also give any amount of your choice. Memorial and Gifts honoring Birthdays, Holidays, Celebrations, Milestones and achievements or just to honor of someone special are “Gifts from the Heart.”
• Gift Catalog: The Habitat Gift Catalog offers symbolic gifts that are representative of the materials and services Habitat for Humanity uses and provides to build decent homes around the world. When you purchase gifts from the catalog, you are funding life-changing work to help families take a big step to a better, more stable life. And you can send an ecard to let someone know that a special gift has been made in their honor. Gift categories include:  * Construction Materials * Home Essentials * Tools of Change, and * Gifts from the Heart Cards.
• Donate Goods and Materials: Habitat ReStores are home improvement stores that accept small and large donations of new or gently used furniture, appliances, housewares, building materials and more. Proceeds from the sales of these items help Habitat’s work in your community and around the world.
• Donate Your Car: Donating your vehicle to Habitat for Humanity is a great way to support our work. Proceeds from the sale of your donated vehicle will help Habitat families build strength, stability and self-reliance in the United States. Plus, it’s fast and easy to do, and you may qualify for a tax deduction.
• Planned Giving: You can leave a legacy by planning your bequest to Habitat for Humanity. You can put your donation to work today and leave a legacy for years to come.
  • Stock Donations: While time, money and housing supplies are the most common donations to Habitat, there are several other ways to give as well, including donating your stocks. This is a fast and simple process which can be done through an electronic transfer, or certificates can be donated through the mail. Donations of stocks allows us to ensure that even more families around the world have a safe, affordable place to call home. The global housing crisis presents an ever-growing need, and we use everything at our disposal to respond.
  • Donor-Advised Funds: A donor-advised fund, or DAF, is a charitable giving program that allows you to combine the most favorable tax benefits with the flexibility to support your favorite causes. Donor-advised funds can easily be set up through a community foundation or your financial institution.
• Workplace Giving: We know that when you take the time to give, you want simple and convenient options. To accommodate this request, Habitat partners with employers all over the U.S. to allow their employees the option of giving through the workplace. Regular contributions from hardworking employees and their employers make a big impact over time by helping families build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter.
  • The Gift that Builds: The Gift that Builds is an opportunity for companies and their employees to get hands-on with their support for Habitat. This can be through volunteerism, donations and advocacy.
  • Matched Giving: Make a donation and double your impact with your employer’s matching gift. Many employers will match tax-deductible charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees and employees’ spouses.
  • Join an existing workplace giving campaign: Each year thousands of employees are given the opportunity to direct a portion of their paycheck to the charities of their choice through workplace giving campaigns. You can help us serve more families in need of safe, affordable housing by directing your workplace contribution to Habitat.
• Corporate Giving: A corporate partnership with Habitat for Humanity can give your organization a way to enunciate your social responsibility strategy clearly and concisely – helping build a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Create a meaningful relationship with the impact, history and brand value of Habitat for Humanity and make yourself stand out with your consumers, vendors, employees, peers or business partners. Corporate partnership can be achieved two ways:
  • Local Partnership: If you are interested in working with Habitat in a single market and/or a small donated product offering such as less than one truckload, please connect with your local Habitat office to discuss partnership details.
  • Global, National, or Multi-market Partnership: Habitat provides an excellent way to promote your corporate social responsibility goals on a global platform while making a lasting impact. Create a unique partnership across your footprint through opportunities such as: *Engaging employees through national or international team builds for offices around the globe * Reach your target audience through national programs such as Women Build, Veterans Build, Neighborhood Revitalization or Aging in Place, or global programs like the Terwilliger Center for Innovation and Shelter * Large-scale donated product offerings of two or more truckloads * National cause marketing campaigns.
• Gifts-in-kind Donations: Gifts and in-kind donations of all sorts have helped us further our work, and brought opportunity and resources to families in need of a decent place to call home. Contributions large and small continue to make a difference, and we believe there is something every company can give to allow us to help even more families build better futures. When organizations donate goods or services, those donations are considered gifts-in-kind. Habitat accepts large quantities of in-kind gifts like building materials, furniture, appliances and more. Our corporate partnerships help make our work at Habitat possible.
• Cause Marketing: Promotions from our cause marketing partners engage consumers to help raise the funds that families need to build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter. You can support this mission by participating in these special promotions.
• Cryptocurrency Donations: Habitat for Humanity is now accepting cryptocurrency donations including Bitcoin, Etherium and more in our efforts to ensure that everyone has access to safe, decent shelter.
