The Florida Holocaust Museum offers a one of a kind and memorable venue that can accommodate everything from: * dinners * receptions * galas and * award ceremonies to * educational symposiums and * corporate meetings. Private viewings of The Museum’s Permanent and Special Exhibitions can be arranged for you and your guests. The Museum’s most versatile space, located on the third floor, can serve as a dining room for a full service catered meal or as a lecture room for conferences and training sessions. This area can seat up to 150 people. Our Classroom, also located on The Museum’s third floor, seats up to 20 people for more intimate events. For an elegant and memorable evening, all three floors of the Museum can be made available for your special event.

• Donations at specified amounts are designated or you may customize your gifts. You may donate on behalf of a business, organization, or in memory, honor, or tribute to a special person or occasion. Recurring gifts are greatly appreciated. Employer matched gifts are welcomed.
• Planned Giving: Your planned gift to the Museum will ensure our link to the past remains unbroken. Your legacy will be a trust for the future that helps the members of all races and cultures learn to recognize the inherent worth and dignity of human life.
• Gifts of Securities and Other Assets: Giving marketable securities that have appreciated in value is an especially prudent and economical way to support the Museum. Gifts of long-term appreciated stock or mutual funds offer a quick, easy, and tax-efficient way to make a lasting contribution to the Museum.
• Bequests: A will is a vital document that protects your family and those you care about. Bequests are provisions in your will or revocable living trust that designate how your assets will be distributed after your lifetime. Charitable bequests can eliminate or reduce federal estate taxes and they are one of the simplest and most flexible ways of giving. You have the option of naming the Museum as the beneficiary of a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of your residuary estate. You can also determine whether you would like your bequest to support the Museum’s Permanent Heritage, History and Hope Endowment Fund or Annual Fund.
• Charitable Gift Annuities: The charitable gift annuity (CGA) is a simple form of life-income gift that will pay you and/or someone you choose a fixed income, part of which may be tax-free. In addition, you will receive an income-tax charitable deduction for a portion of your gift and a potential reduction in gift and estate taxes. Best of all, your gift will ultimately support the Museum’s Permanent Heritage, History and Hope Endowment Fund after your lifetime.
• Gifts of real estate, life insurance, and more: You may convey real estate to the Museum either as an outright gift or by establishing a charitable remainder trust. – You may name The FHM as a beneficiary of your life insurance policy. – You may designate The Florida Holocaust Museum as a beneficiary of a bank account.
• Charitable Remainder Trust: With a charitable remainder trust, you will also avoid tax on capital gain and, as an income beneficiary, you will receive annual income from the trust that is based on the proceeds of the sale of the property. When the trust is established, a current income tax charitable deduction based on the present value of the remainder interest to the Museum will result.
• Donate Artifacts: The Florida Holocaust Museum continues to collect original documents, photographs, artifacts, oral testimonies, and other materials to document the Holocaust. Materials we are seeking include those from the experiences of Jewish victims of the Holocaust, non-Jewish victims of the Nazis and their collaborators, and survivors. The Museum also collects artwork created during the Holocaust by those who experienced it as well as contemporary art created in response to the Holocaust and other genocides.

Volunteer: Give the gift of your time and attention!
Volunteers are part of the foundation of this museum. Volunteers are needed in administrative areas, as workers in the gift shop and admissions, as gallery guardians, assistants in security, and a friendly presence as event greeters.

Docent: Being a docent at the Florida Holocaust Museum is one of the most remarkable experiences. You will have a unique opportunity to work with Holocaust Survivors and carry their message to the next generations. Docents work with students of different age groups (5th grade and up) and help us translate the lessons of the Holocaust into today. You will also have a chance to meet artists and guest speakers at programs designed just for docents.
