Give to the Garden. The Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that depends on the support of caring individuals and organizations who believe in the importance of art, culture and learning. In addition to our membership program, the Garden relies on the contributions of individuals, corporations and foundations. A donation of any amount ensures the Garden will continue to serve as a place of refuge, beauty and learning for years to come!
Volunteer: Want to learn more about the EBM Japanese Garden, Japanese culture, and get involved in your community? Work side-by-side with CSULB students to lead groups through the Garden, inform the public about Garden events and programs, and sell Garden merchandise. Participants will enjoy monthly presentations to expand their knowledge of Japanese culture in our new volunteer series called The Japanese Garden: Where Cultures Meet. All Volunteer-Docents must become members of the Friends of the Japanese Garden.
