Guests can dine indoors or on the patio nestled within the Patricia M. Jurgensen Sculpture Garden. Open during all regular museum hours, the café serves a seasonal menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, inventive takes on modern cuisine, and comforting classics. Gifts of Art: Gifts of art that have been approved by CMA curators and funds for the purchase of art greatly help CMA strengthen and broaden its collection. Making a gift can also further your current and future financial and personal goals.
Docent Opportunities: Year-round docents provide museum tours to visitors of all ages. They are the primary educational outreach to students, visitors, and the Columbus community. Docent volunteers undergo an extensive five-month training period that focuses on critical thinking skills, museum education principles and practice and the museum’s permanent collection and special exhibitions. Docents agree to serve for at least two years as gallery educators following their training. They also enjoy social events as well as local and national art trips.
