The Brinton Museum connects people to the past, present, and future of the American West through its historic Quarter Circle Ă Ranch, Fine Art, and American Indian Art Collections.

The Museum makes seven distinctive venues available for private events and special occasions throughout the year.

• The Brinton Museum and Historic Quarter Circle Ă Ranch is a truly special venue to hold events in the heart of the west. Located just minutes from Big Horn and Sheridan, Wyoming, The Brinton offers an array of beautiful spaces perfectly designed to provide unique and lasting experiences. Situated at the base of the Big Horn Mountains, the museum and ranch house guarantee a look through the window to the lifestyle of Western and Native Heritage.
• Brinton Bistro: Experience Elegance and Scenic Views at the Brinton Bistro. Located on the museum’s third floor, the Bistro provides a sophisticated atmosphere and breathtaking mountain scenery. It’s an ideal location for hosting intimate gatherings and upscale dinner parties.
• Mars Reception Gallery: The Jacomien Mars Gallery is a stunning event space located on the third floor of the museum adjacent to the Bistro. The Mars Gallery is a beautiful space perfect for hosting * cocktail parties * wedding receptions, and * conferences while being surrounded by exceptional western art pieces.
• Education Pacilion: If you’re looking for a charming outdoor venue for your next event, look no further than the Education Pavilion. Conveniently situated on the lawn near the ranch house, this open-air covered space is perfect for accessible * outdoor dining.
• Upper Pasture: Discover the perfect venue for your special occasion with a picturesque mountain view overlooking the entire property. The Upper Pasture offers an ideal setting for * outdoor wedding ceremonies within walking distance of the museum.
• Ceremony Lawn: The Lower Lawn, situated in front of the historic ranch house, provides a serene setting for * large wedding ceremonies. The space is nestled under a canopy of cottonwood trees on a beautifully manicured lawn.
• Tent Pavilion: Experience breathtaking panoramic views of the Big Horn Mountains and create memorable moments at our grand outdoor pavilion. Our space can accommodate a large number of guests, making it perfect for * events and * concerts with enough space for dancing and staging.

Membership:

• Membership at specified levels are offered: * Individual * Dual / Senior * Family / Senior * Contributor, and * Collector. Recurring donations are encouraged. Gift memberships are available.
• Photography: The Photography Membership is for professional and amateur photographers who wish to photograph clients on, or use the Quarter Circle A Ranch property and The Brinton Museum as a background. With the purchase of a Photography Membership, you are given permission to utilize the property for commercial photographic purposes. Photography Members have all the membership privileges granted to our Family-level memberships. 
• The Brinton Preservation Society: Gifts to The Brinton Museum of $1,000 or greater are eligible for membership in The Brinton Preservation Society. Benefits are substantial.

• Tribute Gifts and Bequests: The Brinton Museum offers many opportunities to honor friends and family on special occasions either with a tribute or a gift membership. Other ways to contribute include making a Memorial Donation to remember a loved one or a Bequest to leave a lasting legacy The Brinton Museum recognizes tribute gifts in many ways, including hand-written cards to the family or honoree and announcements in our newsletter. We are happy to help you create a special memorial, honor a friend with a thoughtful gift, or leave a lasting legacy.
• Corporate Sponsorships: We welcome businesses and corporations that wish to support art, history, and nature for the public to enjoy in northern Wyoming.
• Volunteer: There are many opportunities at The Brinton Museum for volunteers! Volunteers are needed in the museum store or at the admissions desk, for help with mailings or in the gardens, to drive guests around the grounds in one of our “Mars Rovers”, or host visitors at the Little Goose Creek Lodge. Receive training and become a Docent and lead tours of the house and galleries. You can also join us to help plan and staff special events such as the Annual Brinton Gala.
