REMICK-MADE COOKBOOK is a unique example of how we’re “preserving the past, to educate the future.” Preparing foods using historical methods was once an integral part of our story. We did this through Hearthside Dinners and farm-to-table fundraisers.Though those events are in the past, at least for now, the recipes collected in our cookbook share many time-tested recipes from these events, as well as time-honored favorites.

  • A simple, country-cooking cookbook with a distinctly New England flavor.
  • The recipes bridge the gap between historic and contemporary foods.
  • Many of the recipes are introduced with a brief paragraph explaining the recipe’s origin, how it’s been used,
and/or how best to serve it.
