Donations:

• Annual Fund: Your donation enables the American Folk Art Museum to offer free admission to all guests, provide educational programs for schools across the United States, create inspiring exhibitions, and care for our renowned collection of folk and self-taught art. Your 100% tax-deductible gift can be a thoughtful way to honor birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions. Your contribution will be acknowledged with a gift card informing the person you are honoring. If your company has a matching gift program, your contribution can even further support the museum’s endeavors.
• Folk Art Circle: Folk Art Circle members, at $2,500 or above, provide critical annual support for the museum’s daily operations and enjoy distinctive recognition for specific project support.
• Sponsorship Opportunities: The American Folk Art Museum produces an ambitious schedule of exhibitions and offers engaging programming for learners of all ages. Your Folk Art Circle membership can directly sponsor an artwork on display in one of the museum’s celebrated exhibitions, school partnerships, Free Music Fridays, or other programs. Support will be recognized in all associated printed materials.
• Planned Giving: Bequests and charitable remainder trusts can provide important financial and tax benefits to both you and the museum. Members and friends who commit to leaving such a lasting legacy are recognized with membership in the Legacy Society and receive invitations to exclusive events. Participation can also be anonymous.
