The Appleton‘s beautiful architecture provides a unique and elegant venue for: * weddings * receptions * company meetings * seminars * family reunions, or * any special occasion. Give your guests an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experience. The Appleton offers several rental spaces to meet the needs of your event.
- Auditorium: Our 250 seat auditorium is perfect for lectures, seminars, performances or wedding ceremonies. Amenities include sound, PowerPoint, DVD and a slide projector, for a small fee.
- Courtside Café and Courtyard: The café and courtyard are ideal for elegant parties, dinners and wedding receptions. Maximum seating in the café is 100; seating in café and courtyard combined is 250.
- Auditorium, Courtside Café and Courtyard: Combine the auditorium, café, and courtyard to host a reception after your program or presentation. Consider adding access to the first floor galleries as part of your event.
- Seminar Conference Rooms and Classrooms: Our classrooms are ideal for programs that require tables, chairs, or a more educational environment. A portable sound system and projectors are available. Single room capacity is 35 people with chairs only or 15-20 people with the addition of tables. ARTSpace capacity is 100 people with chairs only or 65 people with the addition of tables.

Donations:
Make a donation to the Appleton Museum of Art! The Appleton Museum of Art works hard to provide the community with continuous, world class programming and events. Though it may be assumed that the cost of visitor admission and membership dues cover the cost of operating the museum, they only cover 5% of the museum’s annual expenditures. The Appleton relies on many sources for funding. One source is donations from individuals in the community. Donations made to the Appleton Museum of Art, College of Central Florida, directly provide the community with thoughtful, entertaining and engaging exhibitions and programs, as well as outreach to the community and schools. We couldn’t do that without your generosity.
- Sculpture Walk & Garden: Help us kick start the second phase of our Sculpture Walk and Garden and take this scenic and dynamic space to the next level. Through generous donations made by our members and visitors, as well as funds provided by granting organizations and special endowments, our grounds currently display five large-scale pieces of public art. Sculpture pads with named bricks and pavers have been added to several works, creating a safe display area for our works of public art, as well as a stable area for visitors to have a 360 degree view of these unique outdoor works of art. Our vision is to not only add more sculpture, but to create a walkable, well-lit pathway with seating that connects them all together, educational signage at each sculpture stop and a guided walking tour accessible via our mobile app that promotes health and wellness.
